    « Arnaud, passionate about wine and bread, and Emmelyne, a plant-based chef, founded Maison Goût-Roue in 2020 to celebrate their shared love of the Living and taste.
    At the heart of their activity, they create and shape living breads made from ancient varieties of Wheat, in compliance with the 100% Nature label.
    Their commitment is to defend biodiversity for and by the living, that of an integrative ecology working at each link in the chain, from the Seed that enters the Earth, to the Bread that enters the mouth.
    This workshop is intended to be an introduction to ancient varieties of wheat: discover the process of reintroduction and cultivation in France; explore their aromatic, taste and nutritional qualities; savor breads of singular ancient varieties and original vegetable dishes paired with them. » Jean-Marc Quarin
