Le Grand Dîner
A dinner specially created by Yannick Alléno and Jean-Marc Quarin, which pushes the boundaries of the associations between French gastronomic cuisine and Bordeaux wines, to go beyond the quality of each component.
A very particular creative effect that brings out a novelty so surprising that one could say that the addition of 1 plus 1 equals 3 rather than 2. A dinner reserved for 100 privileged people to share at the table, in the company of their owners, the pleasure of Bordeaux wines re-enchanting the taste.
